Windows 10 Instructions

1. Go to your start menu and type in “control panel,” then select “Control Panel” from the list. Select “Devices and Printers.”

2. Right click the Konica printer and select “Printing preferences” from the menu that appears.

3. Find the “Output Method” box on the My Tab and change the “Output Method” to “Secure Print.”

4. A box will pop up asking you to create a “Secure Print ID” and “Password.” Create an ID and password that will be easy for you to remember. You can choose anything you wish as long as it does not go over the maximum number of characters specified on the screen.

5. Click OK twice to save your changes.

6. Now that your secure print is set, you can use it any time by going to your printer properties and selecting it as your “Output Method.”
