Remotely check your voice mail box

Follow these steps

  1. From a phone dial 360-804-2999 (you will hear a dial tone)

  2. Enter your phone extension followed by *

  3. Enter your voice mail pass code

  4. Follow the audio prompts to access your messages


Setup call forwarding for your desktop phone

NOTE* This will process will not forward calls from the building main number.

Follow these steps

  1. From your desk phone press the settings button (looks like a cog wheel)

  2. Scroll left to the Call Forward setting using the 4 way navigation button and press the middle button to select it

  3. In the box next to "Always" enter "8" followed by the phone number you would like calls forwarded to.

  4. Press the four way navigation key to the right to select the on/off box and press the middle button to turn on forwarding (indicated by a check mark)

  5. Press the soft key for Save at the bottom

  6. Press the soft key for Close to exit the menu

  7. Place a test call to your extension to confirm calls forward as you expect
