December 3rd- Training Begins at the Lab for those who signed up

DECEMBER 5th- Physical Date **PLYOS BEGIN in Fitness Center–

Every Tuesday and Thursday 3-3:30pm must get your own ride

JANUARY 5th- Hitting Begins every Monday and Friday at MRHS in the new gym. Monday 7:39-9pm and Friday 6-8pm Varsity and JV only
