Big Hitters

Big Hitter (Coaches Pitch) Games are played on Tuesday/Thursday at Schilberg Park

Practices start: End May 

Game schedule: June-mid July

Grades 1-2: Big Hitters: The second step in your athletes ball game journey.  Bigger Hitters is a coaches pitch league with a emphasis on learning to continue fundamentals. Practices will be held 2 times a week at the beginning of the season until we start games.  We will look to play 10-12 games. Games will be played on Tuesday and Thursday nights.

Bigger hitters is for 1st and 2nd graders league is the current grade level (2024/2025 school year)

MRec is trying to help keep cost down with equipment and would like to have all players have there own equipment.  MRec will still look to provide equipment by will not be able to provide each player with equipment for the season. Here is a list of equipment that each player should have

Own Helmet

Baseball glove

Own T-Ball stamped bat

Own baseball pants (shirt and hat will be provided)
