MRec Water Aerobics classes

Water aerobics is the perfect resistance and strength building fitness program for all ages. Easy on the joints and still an amazing workout! Water exercise is a great low-impact option to help stay in shape, strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, burn calories, build heart health, and reduce stress and anxiety.  Please join us for our Water Aerobic classes and have some fun also

To join in on the fun come to the Lieder Family Pool evenings during the week.  Water aerobics schedule is located below or on out pool calendar (please check the pool calendar for the water aerobics schedule).   Door 16 in the back parking lot of the high school (between the baseball field and stadium)  will be the entrance for the building.  Once in the building you will enter the pool area by going through the locker room hallway and entering the pool thru the pool locker rooms

Here are some common questions that are asked about the MRec Water Aerobics classes:

How long is class?

45 minutes - 1 hour in length

How much is it?

$5 per class drop in rate or $25 for a 10 class Water Aerobics punch card. Payment will be given to the lifeguard on duty before class starts.

What should I bring?

You will need a towel and water bottle. water shoes are allowed

What time should I come?

Water aerobics nights please be ready 5 minutes before class starts.

November:  27th

December: 11th, 18th

January: 8th, 22nd, 29th

February: 5th, 19th, 26th 


Tuesdays

December: 5th(5:45pm-6:45pm)

January: 2nd(5:45pm-6:45pm), 16th(4:45pm-5:45pm)

February: 6th(5:45pm-6:45pm), 13th(5:45pm-6:45pm)


Thursdays 5:45pm-6:45pm

November: 30th

December: 7th, 14th, 21st

January: 4th,18th, 25th

February: 1st, 15th, 22nd, 29th
