1st/2nd Grade Minor League

1st & 2nd grade Minor League:

1st/2nd Grade Minor League Games are played on Tuesday/Thursday. 

All games will be played in Milton

Practices start:  End May

Game schedule: June-mid July

Minor League: 1st/2nd grade co-ed

This league is designed to help players make the challenging transition from a slower paced coach-pitched games to a more in-depth fundamental building league that will play with more advanced rules geared for traditional game like feel.   All players who can demonstrate proper technique throwing / catching and hitting a ball should play at this level. Practices will start in Mid/Late May.  Games will start after Memorial Day.  We will look to offer 10-12 games for the season ending in mid July.

Pitching machine League cost  $55

Minor League is for students that are currently in 1st and 2nd grade

MRec is trying to help keep cost down with equipment and would like to have all players have there own equipment.  MRec will still look to provide equipment by will not be able to provide each player with equipment for the season. Here is a list of equipment that each player should have

Own Helmet

Baseball glove

Own USA Baseball stamped bat

Own baseball pants (shirt and hat will be provided)

Baseball shoes
