Important Notes

Here are some important Checklist notes to make sure you know about completing this project:

• PWPT-

  • BULLET POINTS

  • SHORT SWEET.

  • FEW FEW FEW FEW FEW WORDS

  • LOTS OF PICTURES

  • POWERPOINTS are meant to GUIDE your presentation- not give it for you.

  • first slide in powerpoint MUST include a MAP

    • then on that map you need to pinpoint, dot and arrow the cities you are visiting.

  • FINAL SLIDE must include a GRAND TOTAL of how much you spent all together on your trip

  • Each person must include a final reflection on their job perspective of how it went, reflections, challenges etc.

• During presentation

  • You may have notes with you in english to help you- just be sure you're not READING THEM.

  • you are not expected to memorize all of this information at all

    • its a lot to remember

  • In the past - many students have commented that it was easier to split the presentation by DAY

    • so day 1

      • travel agent talk

      • activity coordinator talk

      • food talk

      • trip manager talk

    • Day 2

      • repeat same order

• sources: Do keep them and turn them in. MLA all sources As you would with an essay. Title, ABC order etc.

• Do not need to URL the pics
