Mexico 2019 -- Trip Cost : $2295- ALL INCLUSIVE- Grand total

Down payment (Mon. Sept 10): $350 (DONE and commitment!)

Friday Oct 19 = $243

Monday November 12= $243


Monday December 10th = $243

Monday January 14th = $243

Monday Feb 11- $243

Monday Mar 11- $243

Monday April 15 - $243

May- FINAL PAYMENT- 1945 - 1701 = $24

You CAN pay all at once, or chunks at a time! This is just to keep things consistent-easy- more obtainable. You must at minimum meet the monthly payments to stay on track to paying the trip off. If the trip is not paid in full by May, the student will be pulled from the trip with the loss of the $350 down payment (if not more) per the Interact company policy.

*Paying Parent participants ---- only allowed if student numbers permit.

Max number of travelers permitted over all (students or students plus parents) due to size is 42.

Has never been an issue, but need to be clear.

First come first serve on down payments for trip permitence. So be efficient in getting your down payment turned in as SOON as you know you want to commit to the trip come Aug 2019.

There will be a Parent meeting scheduled in Aug. within the first two weeks of school. Watch the calendar, announcements, etc for time and date. Not required to be at the meeting in order to go on the trip. The meetings is simply to clarify and answer all questions. Students are not required to be at the meeting necessarily either. What is required to go on the trip is a down payment of $350 in to be determined date in September.

If a parent would like to pay to join their student on a trip they are to add a $300 total fee for single bed/ double room occupancy* can be paid in increments or whole.

Current estimated cost (pretty darn close!) Final Final cost will be given at meeting in August at parent meeting.
