Content categories are lists of sites compiled by Cisco which can be blocked based on the type of content they have. Using content categories it is possible to, for example, block sites related to online dating, piracy, or gambling without having to manually enter specific domains to block.
Creating a Content Category
Navigate to "Content Categories" under the "Policies" menu on the left sidebar. Click the "Add" button in the top-right corner of the page.

Give the custom category a name, then select any of the desired types of content in the list that appears. Click "Save" when finished.

Adding a Content Category to a Policy
Navigate to "All Policies" under the "Policies" menu in the left sidebar. Click the policy's box to expand it, then click "Edit" under "Content Setting Applied".

Select the "Custom" category option, then select the custom category created earlier in the dropdown menu that appears.

Click "Set & Return" to go back to the primary policy settings window, then click "Save" to save changes.
