When filling out your time sheets please remember to:

• Print it out on one page (select landscape mode and change scaling to fit on one page)

• Sign and date it

• Have your supervisor sign and date it

• Bring it to the Financial Aid office (U-107) or have your supervisor send it via interoffice  

• Do NOT fax or e-mail your time sheet... payroll will need the original
