*Calculate Hours/Funding Remaining (for Supervisors)

Many of you ask, "How many hours and/or funding does my student have remaining?"  This is an important question because the student does not want to go over funding. If the student goes over, this could affect additional Financial Aid funding.  If your work study student is out of hours/funding or close to their amount, you may request additional funding.  If this is the case, please fill out the "Supervisor Request for Additional Work Study Funds" form.  This form will not be accepted if a student fills it out.  By filling out the form it does not guarantee your student will be granted additional funding.  Financial Aid will need to check to see if the student is eligible for additional funding and if there is any funding remaining for the school.

Supervisors and students are responsible for knowing how many hours and how much funding the student has remaining.  The attached spreadsheet can be modified for your student.  It is set at a $2500 award with 258 hours.  You can change the dollar amount at any time and it will calculate the hours allowed for that particular award.
