Students will be expected to:
Participate in a Journal Club in the spring semester
Commit between 20-30 hours/week for 8-10 weeks during the summer before their senior year.
Maintain a website (online journal), documenting about his/her experience.
Attended ASR Cohort meetings throughout the summer with other MCDS students
Present at the MCDS Research Symposium and the UW Summer Research Institute poster session (or complete documentation requested by another partnering institution)
Conduct themselves professionally and in a manner consistent with Madison Country Day School.
Successful completion of these requirements will result in a special Advanced Science Research designation to be displayed on a student's transcript and will be distributed to colleges and universities.
Students with internships at UW-Madison will be eligible to earn 1 college credit through the Early College Credit Program (ECCP)
