Transcript Request

To request your official high school transcript, please call 580-657-3133 and ask for the counselor.

If the counselor is unavailable, please leave a detailed message which includes:

1. Your name at the time you attended Lone Grove High School and your current name, if different.

2. The year you graduated or exited from Lone Grove High School.

3. How you want to receive your transcript.

a. Official transcripts can be picked up in the high school office.

b. Official transcripts can be mailed. Please provide the address to which you would like it mailed.

c. Transcripts can be faxed if the school/employer allows. Please provide the fax number and the name of the person who needs to receive the fax.

e. Transcripts since 2018 can be electronically sent via Parchment for a fee to colleges, universities, and technology centers.
