Transcript Request

To request your official high school transcript, please call 580-657-3133 and ask for the counselor or high school secretary. 

If neither is available, please leave a detailed message which includes:

1. Your name at the time you attended Lone Grove High School and your current name, if different.

2. The year you graduated or exited from Lone Grove High School.

3. How you want to receive your transcript.

    a. Official transcripts can be picked up in the high school office.

    b. Official transcripts can be mailed. Please provide the address to which you would like it mailed.

    c. Transcripts can be faxed or emailed if the school/employer allows. Please provide the fax number or email address and the name of the person who needs to receive the transcript.

    e. We do not use a third party to electronically send transcripts. Please do not pay an outside entity for your free transcript.
