The dashboard displays enrolled students with the overall status of Enrolled or Active who do not have instructional hours in the past [X] days starting from yesterday’s date. [X] is the parameter set by the user. The dashboard calculates from the date the dashboard is run. Hours records with 0 hours are counted as no instructional hours.
Students who meet the widget criteria display by their current EFL.
Students with the overall status of Prospective or Prospective-Portal Students are returned on the dashboard, regardless of FY or intake date.
0 will display on the row "Prospective-Portal Students" in clients who do not use the Student Intake Portal.

Overview
This widget displays a side-by-side column chart comparing your agency's current-year performance against the state average across four NRS metrics. Each metric shows two bars: % – My Agency and % – State.
The widget header also displays your agency's and the state's current Persistence values for quick reference without opening the full chart.
Data Scope
All values reflect the current fiscal year only.
Agency figures include the selected agency and all of its sub-agencies (the full agency tree below your login level).
NRS-Reportable Students
A student counts as NRS-reportable if they meet NRS participation criteria for the current fiscal year.
Post-test Eligibility
A student is counted as post-test eligible if they are:
NRS-reportable
Not a Work-Based Project Learner
Enrolled at entry level ABE 1–5 or ESL 1–6
Not excluded from NRS reporting
Not entered via Alternative Placement
A student is counted as post-tested if they meet all of the above criteria and have a recorded post-test result.
MSG Eligibility
A population is counted in the MSG denominator if the student is:
NRS-reportable
Not a Work-Based Project Learner
Enrolled at entry level ABE L1–L6 or ESL L1–L6 (including Level 6)
Not excluded from NRS reporting
A population counts as having achieved MSG if any one of the following is true:
Educational level gain achieved
Secondary credential attained
Other measurable gain in workplace literacy or IET
Drill-Down
Clicking on a bar in the My Agency series opens a filtered student list for that metric. The State bars are not clickable.
Notes
If no contracted enrollment target has been entered for the current fiscal year, the Target Enrollment Percentage will not display a value.
The Persistence value shown in the widget header is expressed as a number of hours (not a percentage).
