Forrest Cobb Memorial Teaching
In memory of Forrest Cobb, former Le Mars resident and long-time middle school teacher and coach, his family, through the Le Mars Community School Foundation, will award one (1) $500 scholarship to a graduating senior of Le Mars Community Schools who will pursue a degree in the field of Education at an approved two-year or four-year college or university.
Selection of the recipient will be made by the family of Forrest Cobb.
The recipient will be selected on the basis of the above as well as the following:
A 2.5 GPA or above
Character and Citizenship
Leadership and involvement in school and community activities
Field of study:Â Education
