Benefit elections must be completed within 31 calendar days of your start date. If enrollment period is missed, a qualifying life event is required to change/elect employer-sponsored coverage. Contact benefits@legacypca.com if you have not yet received your welcome email outlining benefit steps.
All eligible employees have 30 calendar days to both report and make changes to employer-sponsored coverage. Visit the forms section to submit required documentation for a recent, marriage, divorce, child birth, adoption and more.
