SKYWARD EMPLOYEE ACCESS
Whether employee or a substitute, active personnel automatically have access to view personal information, pay stubs and more in Skyward Employee Access.
This is a tool provided to employees to view, print, and sometimes update their personal information.

First time users:
Click Skyward Employee Access link above the video.
On the login page, click the “Forgot Login/Password” link
Enter your email address as it applies below:
Substitutes & Temporary Employees - Use the email you provided to Human Resource
All Others - Use your district-issued email (@legacypca.com)
Once entered & submitted, Skyward will email (a single email) both your login ID & a link to change your password.
