TOPIC:  THE “DEATH PENALTY.”  DOES THE GOVERNMENT HAVE THE RIGHT TO IMPOSE THE “DEATH PENALTY” ON THOSE WHO COMMIT CAPITAL OFFENSES SUCH AS MURDER?

ASSIGNMENT:       In 4 paragraphs present your feelings about the Death Penalty.  Is it o.k. or not o.k.? Why?  Why not?    As you write this paper think about addressing these issues:

1.      What are the rights of the victim and victim’s family?
