Conflicts or Planned Absences:

• Except in cases of emergency, conflicts must be submitted at least 3 weeks prior to an event in order for the request to be considered. If you know sooner, please let us know in order for us to plan and make adjustments as necessary.

• Check with the director to be sure that you have been excused from the event.
