Dear Valued Customer:
The previously scheduled maintenance is being delayed for 2 hours. We have a customer on our service whose systems are required for the Opening Ceremony of the Winter Olympics. Consequently we have delayed the maintenance window to accommodate this special event. Please note the time changes below.
eApps Hosting will be upgrading network equipment on Saturday Morning, February 13, 2010, from 2:00 AM to Saturday, February 13, 2010 6:00 AM, Eastern Standard Time (GMT-5). This is a four (4) hour maintenance window.
During this event, engineers will be connecting new equipment and testing failover scenarios. Please expect brief intermittent connectivity issues during this maintenance period. We have taken all preparatory steps necessary to ensure the least possible interruption in connectivity, but some brief periods of connectivity loss or latency are likely to occur during the maintenance window.
The purpose of this maintenance event is to upgrade equipment in order to improve performance within our network and to allow for more scalability in the future. We will not be making any changes to individual virtual or physical servers. Your server WILL NOT be modified or restarted. This maintenance will only impact network access to your server.
