eApps Hosting will be performing maintenance on one of the SANs in the eApps ATL03 Cloud zone on Thursday morning, October 6, 2016, from 01:00 AM to 02:00 AM, Eastern Daylight Time (UTC-4). This is a one (1) hour maintenance window. Your service will temporarily loose access to the data storage unit and may need to be restarted. We are experiencing access latency that is impacting service and the synchronization process from the last maintenance. We will be doing a quick restart of the SAN in order to speed up access. We are sorry about the short notice but believe this issue should be addressed as soon as possible.
Please read the following to make sure you understand the impact of this maintenance event.
Purpose of Maintenance:
Restart of SAN to increase the synchronization speed.
Impact on your Service:
We will be doing a restart of the SAN serving your Virtual Server, server1.cloud.karisto.net. During the restart, your virtual server will not have access to the data. It is possible that we may need to restart your virtual server. All servers should be set so that they will automatically restart all services and applications if there is a restart. You may want to confirm your server is set up correctly.
Status Updates:
If we become aware of any service impacts we will post them at http://status.eapps.com/ along with updates on the maintenance event. You can also follow us on Twitter for any status updates - http://twitter.com/eapps_status.
