This is a notification that eApps Hosting has scheduled a maintenance event to upgrade our Customer Support system on Sunday, April 10, 2011 from 12:01AM – 6:01AM Eastern Daylight Time (GMT-4). This is a 6 hour maintenance window. THERE WILL BE NO IMPACT ON YOUR HOSTING SERVICE.
eApps Hosting is committed to providing the highest possible quality of service and therefore we pro-actively notify you so that you may have the opportunity to manage your business appropriately.
Work to be performed:
We have scheduled an upgrade of our Support System on Sunday, April 10, 2011, starting at 12:01 AM Eastern Daylight Time (GMT-4). During this time you will be unable to submit a ticket from your control panel or portal and will be unable to use the Chat feature on our web site. Our technical support function will be fully operational during the maintenance window and will be responding to requests by Phone, Skype, and email.
This maintenance event will not impact your hosting service in any way.
The upgrade to the latest version of our Support System will allow us to serve you more efficiently. This version has many operational improvements, including allowing us to more easily access and review all service requests and chats for your account.
Maintenance Event Risk: (LOW) – During the maintenance event on Sunday, you will not be able to submit or review tickets via the Support system and will not be able to use our Chat feature. Our support department will be fully operational via other communication channels and your hosting service will not be impacted.
