You can use YouTube for entertainment, learning, how to videos, and so many other things.
Add video to watch later list. You can do this several ways. First, when you are looking at the thumbnail of the video, you can tap the three dots below the video, and save to watch later. Or while watching the video, in half screen, tap the three horizontal line with the +. Or when you tap on the video while watching it, a toolbar will pop up, then you can choose the icon previously described.
Watch Trending videos. Tap on trending in the toolbar, then you can scroll through trending videos.
Netflix isn’t the only place you can watch stuff, there is also Hulu, Vudu, Amazon Prime or even check if your favorite channel (CBS, History, and more) has streaming services.
You have to sign in with your account, or make an account with Netflix to use this on your phone. It costs money to have a Netflix subscription, but they allow you to try it free for a month.
You can download your favorite social media onto your phone and use it wherever you go. You can download and use Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram, Pinterest, and so many others. If you want to stay connected, it is a great idea to download any of these. They all have similar set ups to messages/texting, but have several differences depending on what the type of social media is meant to do.
If you have a library card there all are sorts of things that you can use it for. The library has several apps that you can rent eBooks and audio books from such as OverDrive and Axis360. Additionally, there are other apps like Kanopy or Hoopla that you can watch TV, play music and all sorts of other things.
Your library card can also get you into local places such as a botanical garden for free or reduced costs. Check your library's web page or go talk to someone at your library to figure out what they offer.
