Condensed matter experimental physicist, namely on magnetism and phase transitions, designed and built the current equipment used for low-temperature (4 K) specific heat measurements. Co-author of two Classical Physics textbooks for FCUP courses bibliography, currently writing a third one regarding Material Science and Engineering.
