Catarina Dias has a PhD in Physics within the topic Resistive Switching in Metal-Insulator-Metal nanostructures, doing research at IFIMUP since 2011. She graduated in Physics Engineering at the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Porto (FCUP) in 2013. Her areas of scientific interest are Nanotechnology, Microfabrication, Resistive Switching, Artificial Intelligence and Memories.
