Andreia Vieira Silva's PhD research focuses on fabricating neuromorphic devices based on liquid solutions. Her work involves the fabrication, testing, and characterization of different solutions for integration in resistive switching devices, the tuning of said devices (both in an electrical as well as in a neuromorphic manner), their assembly in microfluid arrays, and, finally, their training, for neuromorphic and brain-computer interface applications.
