Save Grid Layout

In HRPro, the Save Grid Layout feature lets you personalize data grids across most pages by reordering rows via drag-and-drop, resizing or hiding columns using the column menu (⋮), and locking in your preferred view.

Your custom layout saves directly to your user profile and loads automatically whenever you revisit the same page.

How to Save Your Layout

1. Adjust the grid as needed—drag rows to reorder, right-click columns (⋮) to resize or hide.

2. Click Save Grid Layout (from the Top menu, Tools > Save Grid Layout).

3. Settings now persist for your user ID only.

When to Use It

• Streamline frequent views (e.g., employee master, payroll records).

• Adapt to new columns after HRPro updates.

• Note: Layouts are user-specific—other users' views remain unchanged.

Reset to Default

If issues arise (e.g., corrupted layout or missing new columns), select Reset Grid Layout from the Tools menu to restore factory defaults for that page and your user only. See Reset Grid Layout.

2. 點選儲存格版面配置（從上方選單：工具 > 儲存格版面配置）。

3. 設定現已儲存，僅適用於您的使用者 ID。

何時使用

• - 簡化常用檢視（例如員工主檔、薪資記錄）。

• - 適應 HRPro 更新後新增的欄位。

• - 注意： 版面配置為使用者專屬—其他使用者的檢視不受影響。

重設為預設值

若發生問題（例如版面損毀或遺漏新欄位），請從工具選單選擇重設格版面配置，以將該頁面的版面還原為原廠預設值，且僅限您的使用者帳號。

• 排序順序
