Highlights

• New functions added: "Expense Claims Autopay Batch" and "Generate Expense Claims Autopay File" enable reimbursement payments for expense claims to be processed through a dedicated, standalone autopay batch.

• New report:  Expense Claims Autopay Batch Report.

• New option "Expense Claims Autopay Batch" for "Generate Expense Reimbursements to" is added to Expense Module Setup, General tab.

• Added a new checkbox option: Show Contract Start and End Dates in Appointment History (for Renewable Fixed-term Contract Employees) to Master Setup, Employee Master panel.

• Added Default Payroll Group ID and Show Basic Salary on eMPF options to MPF Account.

  • Rating Labels in Black Colour 

  • Rating labels for 5-point scale 

  • Rating labels for 10-point scale 

  • Overall Rating Definition

• Added Rating Scale option: 1–5 or 1–10, to Appraisal Item in Appraisal Template.

• Appraisal Review and Appraisal Records allow rating on a 5-point scale or a 10-point scale, depending on the Appraisal Template settings.

• Added Payroll Group ID for eMPF to Employee Master, HR Info tab under MPF panel to define/classify specific group(s) of employees for eMPF.

• Enabled eMPF for Manulife Provident Funds Trust Company Limited 宏利公積金信託有限公司 (Manulife Global Select (MPF) Scheme). See MPF Account.
