• Introducing HRPro AI Assistants — intelligent, on-demand guidance and practical support to help users complete HR tasks more efficiently within HRPro.

• HRPro AI Smart Paste helps users fill multiple form fields from unstructured clipboard text (e.g., from emails, CVs, onboarding forms, or spreadsheets) through AI instead of manual field-by-field entry, making data entry faster and reducing errors. 

• HRPro AI Help Assistant is used to quickly answer HRPro questions by turning help-center content into clear guidance, step-by-step workflow support, and practical troubleshooting help.

• HRPro AI Appraisal Analyst helps users quickly summarize and analyze appraisal feedback, so HR can spot key strengths, concerns, and follow-up actions more easily. 

• HRPro AI Draft Email Assistant helps users draft or revise emails for HRPro email templates from a short prompt, so HR teams can create consistent template-ready emails faster. 

• EPortal AI Apply Leave Assistant helps users prepare a leave application more efficiently by filling in leave request details based on a short instruction entered in the AI dialog.

• EPortal AI Draft Notice Assistant helps users quickly draft employee notices or announcements from a short prompt, so notice admins can turn a rough idea into a clear notice without writing everything manually. 

• Added AI Assistants tab to System Manager Setup.

• Add "Important note on CAPTCHA in the AI era" section to Security Guidance for Employee Portal/Web Client.

• End of Support Announcement for Microsoft SQL Server 2016 - Microsoft has announced that extended support for SQL Server 2016 will end on July 14, 2026. In alignment with this timeline, HRPro will discontinue support for deployments running on SQL Server 2016 effective December 31, 2026. As a result, HRPro 24, released on January 1, 2027, does not support SQL Server 2016 as a database server. Customers currently using SQL Server 2016 are advised to upgrade to SQL Server 2017, 2019, 2022, or 2025 before upgrading to HRPro 24. Early planning and upgrading will help ensure a smooth transition and avoid potential service disruptions.

• Renamed User Query to User Reports to more accurately reflect the purpose of this feature.

• New Employee Portal functions: Apply Shift Change Request, Shift Change Request Status, and Shift Change Approval.
