In HRPro, most grids allow you to customize the layout by dragging and dropping to reorder rows, adjusting or hiding columns through the column menu (⋮), and then saving your preferences using the Save Grid Layout function. These personalized settings are stored in your user profile and automatically applied the next time you open the same page.
Occasionally, you may want to restore the default layout—for example, when new columns are introduced in an updated version, or when your saved layout becomes corrupted, and causes display issues.
To reset the grid to its default (factory) layout, go to the Tools menu at the top and choose Reset Grid Layout.
Note: Grid layouts are stored per HRPro user. Using Reset Grid Layout restores the current page's layout only for your user ID.

注意: 資料格版面是依 HRPro 使用者儲存的。使用 重設格版面配置(Reset Grid Layout) 只會重設目前頁面的版面,且僅限於您的使用者帳號。
