The HRPro API allows authorised applications to exchange data with HRPro. It can be used to connect HRPro with other business systems and automate supported data-transfer processes.
HRPro supports HTTP-based Web APIs that allow external applications to exchange data with HRPro through defined endpoints. Most operations use JSON request data, with HTTP methods such as POST, PUT, and DELETE to retrieve, create, update, or delete records, depending on the function. Attendance File Bulk Import also supports file uploads using multipart/form-data for batch processing. These APIs can be called from applications or scripts written in languages such as C#, VB.NET, Python, and PHP, or through tools such as cURL and PowerShell. API access requires the relevant functions to be enabled in HRPro and the applicable credentials and developer ID to be supplied.
This section introduces the available API functions, their purposes, and the requirements for using them. Select a function below to view its technical documentation and examples.
