New teachers and their mentors can both access a full day sub in October (use absence code "Mentorship"). The day is for your use to review how things are going so far and start looking ahead to report cards and parent/teacher interviews. Topics could include inclusive ed, classroom management, assessment, instructional strategies and more.
Should you wish to book a date other than the designated date, please email Robbie Charlebois to consult on your plans. A common date is set to give teachers a date to work with and a space to work in, but alternative dates and locations are permissible.
