Vocabulary

Description: This course explores effective strategies for teaching vocabulary across content areas and grade levels. Participants will learn how to select high-impact words, support word learning through context and structure, and engage students in active, meaningful vocabulary use. Emphasis will be placed on building academic language to support reading comprehension, writing, and classroom discussion.
