If the school district has decided to have an eLearning day you may be wondering what to do for Speech practice. Here are a few ideas to have fun while we are at home and still have some time for Speech/Language fun!
Review current or old activities in your student's blue Speech folder- old and current activities are in the respective labeled pocket.
Read a story or watch a YouTube video of your favorite story (with parent supervision) and look/listen for your target sounds. Ask your child questions about the story, sequence the story or retell the story.
If we are closed for a fun reason, like a snow day- send Mrs. Forman videos or pictures of what you are doing so we can talk about what you did while we were out. This will focus on both articulation and language goals for all students.
Check out the activity boards below. There is one for Articulation and one for Language- choose the one that addresses your student's goals.
