Reports and Profiles

Standardized test scores will never tell us everything we need to know about our students and academic programs.  However, the scores do provide us with valuable information that helps us in evaluating the effectiveness of our curriculum and teaching practices. We use this information, along with a variety of other evaluative measures, to continually improve in meeting the needs of all students.

*Note:  2018 was a field test year for the Next Generation Science test. Field tests are used to help verify the validity of questions being asked across grade levels. Scores are not available for field tests.
**Note:  CMT = Connecticut Mastery Test; CAPT = Connecticut Academic Performance Test. In 2014 Glastonbury Public School students participated in a field test of the new state adopted Smarter Balanced Assessment, which replaced CMT and CAPT state tests (except for Science). Scores are not available for field tests.
