The Disease Dynamics Seminars are dis-continued. Starting from January 2019, all my guest speakers will be speaking under the banner of the new BEES departmental seminar series. I no longer help organize college-wide seminars.
Purpose. The Disease Dynamics Seminars series was created to promote the study of the dynamics of both infectious and non-infectious diseases. We take an inter-disciplinary approach. We invite faculty and students from the biological and health sciences (e.g. public health, nursing and biology) to social sciences (e.g. geography and sociology) to the quantitative sciences (e.g. computer science, engineering, mathematics and statistics) to attend these seminars.
