2. Teaching:
Dr. Fung was awarded the Jiann-Ping Hsu College of Public Health Award for Excellence in Instruction and Mentoring for the year of 2022.
Current courses offered:
EPID 7135 Epidemiology of Infectious Disease (every Fall semester since 2013) - one of the mandatory courses for our MPH epidemiology students.
EPID 9131 Epidemiology of Infectious Diseases of Direct Interpersonal Transmission (every Spring semester since 2018) - one of the mandatory courses for our DrPH epidemiology students.
PUBH 4233 Topics in Global Epidemiology (Spring 2021, Spring 2022, Fall 2022; Spring 2023; Spring 2024) - This course is mandatory for BSPH students in either the global health concentration or the epidemiology concentration. It is fully online asynchronous since Spring 2024.
PUBH 3216 Data Collection and Analysis for Public Health (Fall 2023, Fall 2024) - This course is mandatory for BSPH students in the epidemiology concentration.
EPID 9132 Epidemiology of Infectious Diseases Transmitted via Bodily Fluids (Fall 2018, 2019; Spring 2022, 2023): This course is not offered in AY2024-25.
