AlliGator Windows

There are 5 windows in AlliGator:

- the main AlliGator window (always open)

- the Notebook window

- the Settings window

- the Dataset Information window (floating)

- the Help window (floating)

The first window's multiple functionalities are described in the main AlliGator manual pages.

The other window are described in the following manual pages.
