The White Light Image Histogram panel represents the pixel values of the white light image (selected using the Displayed Image pull-down list at the bottom left corner of the Source Image) as a 256 bin White Light Image Histogram similarly to the Fluorescence Image Histogram.Â
Two cursors (Min and Max), defined in the bottom right corner of the histogram, can be used to define the image display range. They will be taken into account only if the Use Image Histogram for Contrast checkbox above the histogram is checked.
Any pixel in the white light image with value smaller than Min (resp. larger than Max) will be represented with the color corresponding to the lowest (resp. highest) color of the chosen image palette.
