ASU is the abbreviation for Army Service Uniform. ASUs are worn every Wednesday for uniform inspection. If cadets miss Wednesday they must make up the inspection. ASUs are also worn for formal and non-formal events. There are two main ways ASUs can be worn which are Class A and Class B.

The Class A uniform is worn each Wednesday if the uniform for that Wednesday isn't Class B. Class As can be worn during formal events such as the Veteran's Day Program, JROTC Ball, and Dining Out aswell as color guards and uniform inspections.

Uniform Inspections are done each Wednesday. Cadets must wear their ASUs all day to receive a grade for the day. If the cadet changes they will receive a 0 as the grade for the day. If the cadet misses Wednesday they must wear their uniform another day to make up the missed inspection. Uniform inspections are done during class and a preinspection is on Wednesday for cadets that are not a primary staff members.
