Ropes Arc Recipients 

The Ropes arc is considered a prestigious award. Cadets must complete rigorous requirements to receive the arc. Cadets wishing to earn the Ropes arc must learn and be tested on 16 climbing knots and 2 rope seats. Cadets are also required to tie one of the 16 knots, one of the 2 rope seats, climb a 30-foot high-ropes obstacle , and be lowered to the ground by a belay team.
