acetaminophen (Tylenol): acetaminophen must be the ONLY active ingredient
ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin); ibuprofen must be the ONLY active ingredient
diphenhydramine (Benadryl): diphenhydramine must be the ONLY active ingredient

If you plan to send in these medications, they must be listed on the Camp Medication Form. All dosing will be based on package directions.
ALL OTHER OVER-THE-COUNTER MEDICATIONS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED WITH PHYSICIAN'S SIGNATURE OR ORDERS!

The following topical medications will be stocked in the Camp Clinic and will be applied as needed:

hydrogen peroxide
Bactine
hydrocortisone cream (1%)
Vaseline
burn cream
While at camp, I will have access to the following items:

Epi-Pen
Albuterol inhaler
