4/6 in-person: amount of mounting points may not be enough to compress O-ring, need to look it up.

4/6 in-person: injection molding may be a viable manufacturing option
We considered it but 3D printing is widely available and easiest to work with for rapid prototyping
4/6 in-person: environmental concerns regarding the cooling fluid?
3M website says the fluid is inert and environmentally-friendly so it's not a major issue
