Welcome to Valley Vista High School Physical Education. I will be teaching 9th grade P.E. and Lifetime Sports, and Competitive Sports class this school year. I am excited to lead and guide you in your fitness journey through out high school. I hope to make this experience for you positive and provide you with a life long passion for your own fitness and health.
