Grab the right jacket for the weather, a hat, comfy walking shoes, a notebook & pencil, a snack, a hiking companion, 

and head out to explore

One of our favorite ways to explore nature is to take some time to sit and look and listen and feel and then record in a Field Journal what I Notice, what I Wonder, and what it Reminds me of...
