Art Exploration

We want to share with our students a variety of two- and three-dimensional media and introduce them to the Elements & Principles of Design that we study and create with throughout all Art classes in the district. We aim to cultivate appreciation for all curricular options offered within the Art department, from drawing & design to photography to ceramic & jewelry forms. Students will be presented with diverse artistic challenges and will use a variety of media to problem solve in these art learning experiences. Inventiveness is encouraged and the course serves serious art students as a core class and students who are seeking a refreshing and exciting elective.
