This ensemble is for all String students. Prior experience is required. This ensemble is non-auditioned. Grades 9-12. Students are required to participate in all Concerts, Performances, and Festivals that the Central Valley High School Orchestra program participates in. All skill levels are accepted. Skills built in this course will prepare the student for auditioning either into the Central Valley High School Symphony Orchestra or Chamber Orchestra. Audition to Symphony Orchestra is the end of year assignment, all are required to participate. Private lessons are strongly encouraged, but not required.
