Now that Open Enrollment corrections have been completed, we’re pleased to share important information regarding your new insurance cards and how to access benefit resources. Below are answers to frequently asked questions regarding your insurance cards.
New insurance cards for newly enrolled employees have been mailed directly to the home address we have on file for you. For security purposes, they were sent in plain white envelopes.
