Our new Human Resources/Payroll Software called Employee Online is now live! Our cross functional team has been working hard for many months to provide new functionality and online services to our employees.
What does this mean for CPS Employees?
Employee Online (EOL) is a new district application which allows CPS Employees the ability to view and manage personal Human Resources and Payroll Data. The program allows employees to:
View and print pay stubs
View/Print future W-2's
Monitor leave balances
Update and change personal demographic data
Update emergency Contact information
Complete Separation of Service form (paper forms no longer accepted)

Additionally, the new application helps our HR and Payroll workflow processes by improving time notifications by supervisors, HR and payroll changes and notifications to employees of expiring licenses and background checks.

UPDATE: Background Checks at CPS Board of Education
PLEASE MAKE AN APPOINTMENT - go to www.cps-k12.org, click on Our District, click in the Information column on Departments, click on Security Services, click on Make an appointment to schedule a Background Check, schedule on the calendar.
Background checks are available in the Employee Care Center at the Education Center for current and new employees of CPS, as well as CPS volunteers. Hours to obtain BCI and FBI information are Monday through Friday 9:30 AM-12:30 PM, 1:30 PM-4:00 PM. (Contact Pamela Carter at carterp@cpsboe.k12.oh.us
CPS issues BCII and FBI only - 48 hours for results. Cash only -Exact cash - for BCII and FBI - $50, for BCII only - $25, for FBI only - $30.
For renewals, only the FBI is needed if you have continually lived in Ohio for the past five years. New employees and non-Ohio residents need both.
