2nd Cycle Fall Travel (October 1 -December 31, 2026)
Applications are accepted from Tuesday, April 28 at 8am until Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at 8am.
Please submit your Google form PDF application during this time frame.
The PDF committee will meet on Thursday, May 7 th, 2026 to review applications.
Notification will be emailed to the applicants by Thursday, May 28, 2026.
3rd Cycle Winter Travel (January 4-March 5, 2027)
Applications are accepted from Tuesday, September 8th at 8am until Tuesday, September 15th, 2026 at 8am, please submit your Google form PDF application during this time frame.
The PDF committee will meet on Tuesday, September 22nd, 2026 to review applications Notification will be emailed to the applicants by Tuesday, October 20th, 2026.
4th Cycle Spring Travel (March 8th- May 7th, 2027)
Applications are accepted from Tuesday, October 20th at 8am–Tuesday, October 27th, 2026 at 8am. Please submit your Google form PDF application during this time frame.
The PDF committee will meet on Wednesday, November 4th, 2026 to review applications. Notification will be emailed to the applicants by Wednesday December 2nd, 2026.

Due to current budget constraints, funding for new hires is temporarily on hold. Both veteran and new hire applicants will complete the same application to apply for second-cycle travel.
