THE GOLDMINE WITHIN YOU part 2.
Ignorance of the subconscious makes you unconscious.
It will be of great importance, if we take a closer look at our mind set. Let me simply state here that the human mind can be divided into two parts; the conscious and the subconscious. The most common image or picture that paints clearly or illustrates the importance of the two parts is an iceberg, the smaller visible part represent the conscious mind while the submerged and much larger part - subconscious.
In actual fact, the role the subconscious play in our lives is much greater than we believe it to be. It is the seat of our habits, complexes, and the limitations of our personalities.
No matter what we think, the subconscious – not outside circumstances – is responsible for a person’s success on earth. The subconscious can be compared to a computer. It blindly and infallibly executes the programme fed into it. Most individuals are unfortunately programmed negatively.
The Holy Spirit, our great teacher works via our subconscious region through which our mind power is been executed. For example, a student with adequate understanding of how his subconscious mind operates, tend to do his academic work and other legitimate activities on campus without stress.
The exams are on the way, the subconscious leads you in a way and manner in which you plan and prepare. As you are rounding up your program, say in the university, the subconscious opens your eyes to see great opportunities lying ahead of you which you can either apply for in the immediate or pencil down for immediate action when the time comes.
Another great advantage of the subconscious is the fact that, it enables you to relate with the right kind of people. It is the tabernacle of the Holy Spirit.
He shall teach you all things…John 14; 26
This ‘mind’ is so vast, that you can’t do anything without it. You need it, just as you need water to survive. The mind of God is very deep and to access it requires a deeper mind. You’ve got to awaken your subconscious mind so the Holy Spirit can work through it.
Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus.
